Thanks for your efforts Brian. It is an issue that I can live with.

I am not sure what the downside of having all (as opposed to a 2/10 month
window of) "Busy" entries highlighted is in computing resource terms, but the
benefit for the user in terms of ease of visual location of events would be
significant when the calendar was sparsely populated.
