How do I delete or merge calendars

I have 2 calendars in Outlook. I would like to delete one because when I
synchronize with my Blackberry, it only pulls data from one of the calendars.

How do I delete or merge calendars

Show the Folder list (bottom left corner of Outlook). Find both Calendars.
Source Calendar = the one you no longer need.
Destination Calendar = the one that synchroises with your PDA.

Steps to combine and then delete:

Change the source Calendar to By Category View and Select All, Drag all
those selected items to the Destination Calendar.

Now right click the source Calendar (it's empty) and Delete it.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have emptied the Source Calendar, but when I
right click on it the delete option is not highlighted for me to use.

That may be caused by it being the Outlook default calendar. If so, you
may not delete it. You could move everything from the other calendar to
it and delete the optional one then.
