We are using Office 2007. Why is it that our calendar is shaded a light blue
in certain areas where there is no appointments and it is in the normal working hours? |

Outlook has always shaded the working hours like that. All you can do is

Do you have all day events scheduled? Are they set as Busy? Are you using
