Hi Brenda,

this is not possible by default in Outlook, but why does the person who
added a meeting into your calendar does not "invite" you to a meeting?

Then you will get an email and after you confirmed the invitation, you will
get the appointment automatically into your calendar and the person get a
resposne of his invittation.
