Appointment times

When I go to set an appointment the end time is always 30 minutes after the
start time. I would like to change that to 45 minutes for all appointments I
create. I know I can change the end time but that is a pain in the behind to
do every single time I make an appointment. IS there any way to change the
default setting so that whenever I set an appointment time the end time is 45
minutes later, not 30?
