Printing Color-Coded Appointments (Calendar Printing Assistant)
Is there any way (as was the case with Outlook 2003) to print a monthly
calendar using Printing Assistant (and Outlook 2007) such that the appointments are color-coded (catagory assignments) as they are displayed onscreen in Outlook? Thanks, Eric |

No; different colors are reserved for different calendars - so you could
copy the colored items different folders before printing but that is somewhat of a PITA. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com ** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version when requesting assistance ** "rammark" wrote in message ... Then what your saying is , No there is no way to print the complete colored

I have a HP 7210 all-in-one printer and it does print out the colors, every
color you use. The 7210 prints, scans, copies and ia a fax machine. -- Frustrated user of outlook 2007. Are you using the Calendar printing assistant? It assigns a color to a
calendar, not color categories. Outlook 2007 can only print color category colors on some printers - I know HP's are a problem - HP blames Outlook security. It think its HP drivers and the shade of the colors. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
