How do I change the way Outlook 2007 displays meetings?

In outlook 2003 any meeting in the first row shows both the stop and end
times for any appointment ( Day or week view). In outlook 2007 this
information is NOT shown unless the cursor is moved over the item. How do
change the display back to something like 2003?
