Sharing Outlook Calendar w/o Exchange? OR Exporting to Publisher?

Hi,

First of all, our office does not have Exchange. I outsource email to an
ISP with POP3. I have an Executive Director that wants to "share" the
calendar he already has within his Outlook. I don't think it can be shared
in our setting - correct?
But, his calendar contents is pretty substantial and I thought creating a
Publisher calendar, exporting his calendar contents and then placing it in a
Shared Folder on the Server might suffice.
Any suggestions?

Kathy.

Not without additional software. See

It could. You might also output it as HTML and serve it up on an internal
web server, if you have one.

Thank you for that information, but can the contents of Outlook Calendar be
"exported" to create a calendar within Publisher?

Depends on what Publisher can import.
