Does Send Update go to all scheduled attendees or just those added
I sent a meeting invite to appx 50 people and I have received responses from
most. However, I learned of 2 new individules that need to be added to the meeting. If I "Add Attendees" the meeting invite says Send Update. Will this email the original 50 people or just the new additions? Is there a way to only have the new attendees receive the email? |

Version of Outlook?
You should have the choice to send to all or just to the newly added invitees, but you can uncheck names on the scheduling tab so updates only go to the new invitees. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
