How do you use add to my outlook calendar feature so that people can just
click on a link an add a training to their calendar.

Create the meetings or appointments and upload them to a web server and
provide links to the ics files you uploaded.

It depends on the web server. I use Frontpage or FTP to upload them to my
server.

Okay, I have Front Page. Are there any step by step directions online or that
you have that I can follow to create the invite and upload it through
FrontPage? Thank you.
