Show times in Week View
Outlook 07, Calendar, Week View
My events show up in boxes that don't have the event times in them. How can I put the event start/stop times of each event? |

whether times show depends on the width of the calendar window - make it
wider so times show. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Doesn't help. I've got it on a widescreen laptop, and removed six days from
view so that one day stretches across the entire screen. Still no times in the event box. Thanks for sticking with me on this, by the way!
They are timed events. The link will show you my screen shot. I removed all but two days from the week view, to exaggerate that there is plenty of space to show the times. http://my.nbc.com/sn/5/7/1/3/7c380b9...b034ef8f8f.jpg "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Are they all day or timed events? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Thanks for the screenshot - I had a brain disconnect. Unlike previous
versions, daily events don't show times - you need to hover over them to see the time in the tooltip. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Thanks.
Unfortunately, hovering over the printed calendar doesn't show anything! Is there a way to print the times? "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Thanks for the screenshot - I had a brain disconnect. no, they'll be in the printout just as they are on the calendar - the time
grids will have the times, not each appointment. This is what you should see when you hover over the appt. http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook%20Scr...orm.aspx?ID=52 -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
