How do I run Calendar Printing Assistant?
Office 2007, Outlook 2007, Windows XP
I'm trying to change the way my monthly calendar print, and it seems like the solution is to try the Calendar Printing Assistant. I have downloaded that, and SP1. Now what? How do I run it? I can't find anything in Outlook that refers to the CPA, and I can't find it as a standalone app. Where did it install? How do I actually use this program? -- Denis |

It will be a separate "sort" of program. It is on the Start menu,
- All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools. Just lauch this separate application (Open it) and it will work in conjunction with your Outlook Calendar. (It will find your Calendar in Outlook by itself). This confused me a bit when I first installed it. =) Nikki "Denis" wrote in message ... Thank God for your post. I've been looking and re-installing the Calendar
Assistant over and over, applying MS patches, etc. All the while, searching for documentation but I could not find any. You would think Microsoft would give a little more information! Look on the Start menu - it's under the same folder where office shortcuts
are found. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
