Changes to a Forwarded Meeting not Following Through
When person A sends a meeting invite to person B, and person B "forwards" it
to person C - it does not appear that any changes that person A makes to the original inviation follows through to person C (cancellation, change of day, etc.). Is there a way for person B to get include others on the meeting invitation so they will still get any changes that person A makes? Or, does person B have to contact person A and ask them to actually add person C to their original invite? Thank you! -- LauraA |

A would need to add C to the invite for C to get changes and updates
automatically. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
