How do I view ONLY the appointments of one catagory?
 

I want to see just the appointments I catagoried as my Clients' cleaning
schedule, but not all my personal appointments or even my other business
apointments (catagorized as such)

How do I view ONLY the appointments of one catagory?
 

Filter the View (R-click in the Calendar, Customize current view,
Filter....)

Rather than customizing the current view, as Bob I suggests, I'd create a
new view based on the default view, filtering it as Bob I suggests. That
way you don't have to disable the filter to revert, just select the original
view.
