CC but no acceptance

Hi All

Is it possible to send an appointment in Outlook 2003 to number of people
which also CCs another attendee. I just want it as a notification that the
appointment was sent (but not an invite).

I have tried the optional but this still sends it as an invite.

Any help greatly appreciated

Kind regards

Rexmann

Hi

The sent appointment will be in your sent folder. When it´s in sent folder,
you know it was sent.

After you have sent the Invites, go ahead and forward the event to the
person, it won't be an invitation, and I don't think it will show who you
sent the invites to, but it will show them that the event has been scheduled.
