Exchange 2007 and Im using Outlook 2007 clients.
All MS updates have been applied, and Outlook client is at SP1. When I open a group schedule, I dont see any other users schedules. There are not any hash marks, rather, it just shows a light grey block or two at the earliest timeslot shown on the screen (say, 7am-8am or for some 7am to 8:30am). I must go into the OPTIONS and choose the REFRESH FREE/BUSY option to get the users schedules to display. After I do this, and use the SAVE/CLOSE option...it will display their schedules upon opening this particular schedule back up at a later time. Fast forward a week or so (sorry, I dont have the exact amount of time) and when I open one of the previous group schedules, i will have to do a manual refresh again. This is organization wide, and although we have a work around, I am curious as to why this acts this way and if it acts this way for anyone else. |
