Default Can other mtg attendees see changes I make to it in the calendar?

I get meeting invites which I accept in my Outlook calendar. Sometimes I want
to add a note to it so that when the 5 minute reminder pops up, I can see a
note to myself which says, 'don't forget to bring up such and such agenda
items' or anything else pertinent to the call. Will this info. be added to
the calendar's of others who have accepted the mtg invite?

Depends on in which calendar you make the changes. If in your own, then no.
If in a public folder calendar, then yes, but without a third-party tool,
you won't get reminders from a public folder.
