I use the monthly view for printing my calendars. However, when I type in
my appointments, the text does not wrap to the next line. It just cuts off. I noticed that the boxes in 2007 are smaller than 2003. How can I get all of the information I need on the calendar without it being cut off. Changing the font doesn't work. It makes it smaller, but you still can't get everything on it. Thanks very much. |

Download and install the Calendar Printing Assistant from Microsoft,
then run it. Darlene wrote: I use the monthly view for printing my calendars. However, when I type in my appointments, the text does not wrap to the next line. It just cuts off. Hi Bob
I did download Calendar Printing Assistant, but can't seem to find the instructions on how to use it. Any suggestions? I'm desperate. Thanks very much "Bob I" wrote: Download and install the Calendar Printing Assistant from Microsoft, then run it. Darlene wrote: I use the monthly view for printing my calendars. Did you install it? Then did you run it? It will be in the Microsoft
Office Tools folder of the Start menu. Darlene wrote: Hi Bob I did download Calendar Printing Assistant, but can't seem to find the instructions on how to use it. Any suggestions? I'm desperate.
