Default i want to put columns in the outlook diary

Hello, in the calendar section of outlook i want to be able to put four
columns in as i have four vans and want to be able to control each column
seperatly for booking jobs in does anyone know if this can be done?

Right click your Calendar Folder, New Folder, give it a name.

Create four calendars. Choose the Calendar view of the Navigation Pane
and
you should be able to check each of the four, which should show them in
columns.

Thanks Brian, that makes sense but now i cant find how to create another
calendar!!!!! im not a superstar at computers.
