Default Audio Calendar reminders

I have reminders set to work. I checked the audio option.
The reminders pop up but the audio reminder is not working.

Also, how can i use my own .wav file as a reminder? Where do you put the
..wav file? How do i get MS outlook to access it?

Choose the "New Mail Notification" sound from the "Sounds" tab of Control
Panel's Sounds and Audio Devices applet. Make sure it works there.

Here's my problem.

I want SEPERATE sounds for NEW EMAIL ARRIVING and for UPCOMING CALENDAR
EVENTS.

Is this possible?

If so, Can I use a custom .wav sound for either?

thanks,
bob

Yes. Reminder sound can be selected in the Appointment setup, and E-mail
notification is found in Control Panel, Sounds and Audio devices, Sounds

Somehow I read this and thought "new mail notification", not reminder.
Sorry. For Outook 2003, click ToolsOptionsOtherAdvanced OptionsReminder
Options to select the reminder sound. You can specify your own WAV file.
This may be a version-specific setting. You'll have to look for yourself in
your unspecified Outlook version.
