How to delete a private appointment on a shared calendar as the ow
 

I am the owner of our office shared calendar and accidently created a private
appointment. I cannot open it , delete it etc. I want to get it off.

I have looked at my delegate permissions and as the owner I am supposed to
be able to read, write and modify.

Can anyone help. We are using Windows XP

Are you logged directly into the mailbox where the calendar resides?

Hi Brian,

Yes I am signed directly into the mailbox but to double check I will call
our help desk. They actually created the calendar and posted it to the
server for me.
