Recurring meetings
 

I have 12 meetings to be organised for 10 different people, the meetin that
are to be held monthly but unfortunately have to be held on different days
and at different times but require to be placed in each member's calendar.

So what's the question? Make sure you state your Outlook version and
account type as well.

Recurring meetings
 

Create an Excel or CSV file containing the items for them to Import. You
may create the file format by exporting an appointment. Since the
meeting is not really recurring(not the same time and no day pattern)
you will need to put them in as individual appointments anyway.
