Outlook calendar only shows my appointments back about 1 month ago. I would
like to save all of my appointments so I could see what I was doing 6 months
ago or 1 year ago. Auto Archive is turned off. Is there another setting
that tells Calendar how long to save historical appointments? Is there a way
to get those historical appointments back? I've been using Outlook Calendar
for about 4 years now. Thanks for your help.

Unless you have autoarchive enabled on the calendar folder or you sync to a
hand-held device affecting, Outlook never deletes anything from the calendar
without your specific action.

You are correct, my blackberry was only saving items for 60 days. Probably
no way to get those appointments back, is there?

Restore them from one of the backups you make periodically. You do mack
backups, correct?
