I've setup a custom table view for my calendar but I'm frustrated because I
don't see a field where Outlook calculates the next day/time of the next appointment for a reoccurring appointment. I want to see a list and sort by the day and time of the appointments for the next two days. The "Start" time shows when the reoccurring appointment first started. The following video shows what I'm attempting to accomplish. http://screencast.com/t/oFvoYKVnxmx -- Walter Mitchell Pelowski Customer Solutions Engineer |

The only way to see multiple instances of a recurring appointment is in a
Calendar view, not a list view. Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Are you sick of bad email practice? You either need to use the day/week/month view or export the calendar to
excel. The list view does not list all appointments in the range. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
