Default Can delegates email another users calendar?

I’ve tried this with no success.

I added the delegate as an Editor of my calendar through Tools, Options,
Delegates, Add. I also gave the delegate “Ownership” permission to my
calendar via Properties. My calendar is listed in their calendar view, but
my calendar is not included as a choice of calendars in the Send a Calendar
Via Email screen. Is this by design or am I missing something?
