Default Printing Subject Details W/O the time listed

I have a calendar with annual deadlines - the boss's like to see the monthly
calendar with activities that are due on each appropriate day so I enter the
info into the calendar subject. Then when I go into the calendar printing
assistant I shows all the detail but also includes the time. A whole day
event will not print all the detail in the subject.

Is there any way to take the time off? or better yet is there anyway to
take an Outlook calendar and put it into Word to customize as I want?
