Identical appts in two calendars...

.... to make a long story short, I have two Outlook calendars on two separate
profiles on my computer. I don't have access to shared calendaring or
anything like that, but I need those two calendars to be identical (ie. an
appointment in one automatically gets sent to the other and vice versa).

Is there a way to set this up, or a rule I can use or something?

Thanks in advance!

Carmen

Identical appts in two calendars...

Both actually. I have a work profile and a home profile which must be kept
separate. Same goes for Outlook. However, I don't feel like always
transferring appointments between calendars so they are both the same. The
way I do it right now is by e-mailing my home or work e-mail when I make an
appointment in one calendar and making my other e-mail an invitee. Bit of a
pain, not to mention that sometimes I'll forget to do it. But because of
confidentiality issues, I must use two profiles/two separate e-mails on my
laptop.

See what I mean?

Thanks again!

put the pst with the calendar in it in a shared location both windows
profiles can access. If you can share a pst with both mailboxes as the
default and use rules to move messages to a different pst, it would be
easiest as new appointments would go into the calendar automatically.
