Appointments deleting in Outlook Calendar 2007
I am running Office 2007 on Vista.
Please help, alot of my appointments have started deleting off my calendar. I have been syncing with my Blackberry bold and have checked all the setting and cant figure out why the appointments are deleting off the PC calendar because they are still currently on the calendar in my blackberry.

Appointments deleting in Outlook Calendar 2007
A couple of ways they can go away is the Blackberry deleting them or
Outlook being set to AutoArchive them. So I would check the AutoArchive settings on the AutoArchive tab of Calendar Properties. kcb7445 wrote: I am running Office 2007 on Vista. you probably have the Bold set to keep only the newest appointments.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and this is happening to me too. It started when I got
a BlackBerry and also synching Outlook with Google calendar. Older items are deleting from Outlook calendar. Then I get a message from Google Calendar Sync: "Google Calendar Sync has detected that you have deleted 21 items. This will delete 21 events from your Google calendar. Proceed with operation?" Deletions that occur due to synching a Blackberry (or any handheld device) are permanent and do not use the Deleted Items folder. The Blackberry, by default, deletes older items based on the time interval you have defined on the Blackberry (which I believe is predefined as two weeks).
