Duplicate calendars in Outlook 2007
We're using Outlook 07 / Exchange 03 / Windows XP SP3. After viewing another
person's calendar it adds that person's calendar to the new checkbox calendar navigation pane. I have several users that have duplicate calendars in this calendar list. If I try to delete the duplicate calendar, it says that they do not have permission to. If we give them permission to delete it, it deletes the calendar completely, not just the duplicate. Thanks! |

it sounds like the navigation pane might be corrupt - you can reset it with
the /resetnavepane switch but you'll lose all folders added to Favorites etc, so I'd only do it if it really, really annoyed me. Also note that you can't delete your calendars from the pane - you can only hide them in a collapsed group. If you delete, it deletes it from the mailbox too. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
