Default to view calendar with navigation pane

Using Outlook 2003

I would like to view my taskpad with the calendar with my outlook messages ,
i.e. have the folders list , message and reading pane (bottom view) and the
calendar and task pad on the right hand side of the message and reading pane.
please let me know if this is possible, this would make my life a tad less
complicated.

This is not possible in versions prior to Outlook 2007. Outlook 2007
introduces the To-Do Bar which puts upcoming appointments and tasks on the
right side of every folder.

In older versions you need to open two windows side by side.
