Calendar Printing
Need some help. I have 2 accounts setup with Outlook 2007. One is my work
account connected through the company server. The other is my hotmail account connected using outlook connector 12.1. I am unable to figure out how to print both calendars on one sheet. I would like to use outlook to do it since I use colors to define my appointments. If I use outlook printing assistant the colors codes I apply to my appointments do not show up. Any help is appreciated. |
Calendar Printing
Unfortunately the calendar printing assistant may be your best option.
Other tools are listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp - but I don’t know if any of those will do multiple calendars or color categories. . -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
