Default Group Schedule Doesn't Show New Appointments

Outlook 2003

I have a group schedule and it is showing appointments on it however when I
create a new appointment it is not showing it on the group schedule even if I
select Refresh Free/Busy.

If I delete the Group Schedule and then recreate it then all of my
appoinments show on the group schedule.

Any thoughts on how to get the new appointments to show up on the group
schedule with out having to delete it each time?

Thank you for any insight you can pass along.
