I use my contact list to add appointments to my Calender and wanted them to
show by Contact name not by the Subject. I thought of making a new form but i'm not sure if that will work either as i have no experience with doing that. |

Display your calendar in the All Appointments view and add the Contacts
field to your columns. Then use the Group By box to group your appointments by the Contacts column. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. No form needed as long as you use the contact linking field to associate the
contact with the appointment. But it works in the table views only, not in the day/week/month view. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
