Direct Booking not working
Hi Guys, I set up a resource mailbox and selected the two options
"Automatically accept meeting requests" and "Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests". When I create a meeting from the users mailbox and select the room as resource.. the meeting in the resource mailbox is not accepted.. It's marked as tentative and its keeped in the inbox. I tried my moving the resource mailbox to another server, deleted an recreated.. The client from where I'm managing the resource mailbox is Outlook 2007, Exchange its 2003. Other resource mailboxes work OK. Any ideas??? Thanks -- C.R. [mx] MCSE |

I would check by opening it in the profile you created
and then making sure all is still set correctly. When the mailbox is opened on a different machine that has different Outlook settings it will keep and save the the server the settings of the last profile. If all else fails, it could be a corrupt AD account. This would require a complete rebuild. Just save a PST of any meetings that already exist that may need to be saved to repopulate the new mailbox. If this is a NEW build, I wouldn't suggest spending too many hours trying to troubleshoot. I would just bite the bullet and rebuild. Nikki "C.R. [mx]" wrote in message ... Yes..
