We use Outlook 2003 and
Exchange server in your environment. When sending the meeting request
within different color Label, the recipient cannot see the color for the
Label in the meeting request that I set.

When I test the same thing without Exchange Server (send the meeting request
via internet to a other outlook user) on other Computers it is the same
result.

Is this feature a special Exchenge feature and if yes, do we have a problem
with our Exchenge server?
