Here is my scenario. I've already sent out the initial meeting invitation
and included the agenda file as an attachment to the meeting. Now I'd like to send out the revised agenda file by sending a meeting update so that the revised file replaces the original one in the meeting appt in each attendee's calendar. All attendees are using Outlook 2003 Exhange Server. In this example I am not changing the date or time of the meeting. My question: Do the attendees need to "Accept" the meeting update in order to have file updated in their calendar appointment? If they ignore the meeting update and not take any action, is the attached file updated? Thanks in advance! |
