MS Outlook calendar
1. We have about 20 people sharing an Outlook calendar version 2002 SP3.
Some people can see the colors used to create the master calendar while others cannot. 2. I cannot edit the colors and labels on the master calendar, the option is greyed out. Any help is appreciated. |

Is this a folder in a public folder? You need Owner permission to edit its color labels.

I was given ownership of the calendar and I am now able to edit the labels
and colors. As for my second question, those individuals who cannot see the calendar in color do not have Outlook 2002. I'll update and see if it fixes the problem. Thank you !!
