WE don;t know how you ended up with two calendars - only you can determine
that. To merge the calendars, display one in a table view (categories, eg) and select all, drag to the other calendar FOLDER. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
