how do I save 1 appointment in 2 calenders?
 

I want create an appointment in my own diary/calendar and then have the
option of the appointment to be saved to another calendar with out too much
fuss. Is there a short cut of doing this?

Create the appointment in your own calendar, then right-click and drag it to
the other calendar folder, choosing Copy when you release the button. Hardly
any fuss at all.
