add a CC: to a calender invite?
 

I need to CC: a person on an Invite I received. This was possible in 2003 but
does not show up anywhere in Outlook 2007.

In my experience with Outlook, there has never been a CC function for
meetings.You can use Optional instead of Required for the attendee who
doesn't need to be there.

Or send them the meeting request as an Inserted Item. Use the Insert Item
button to place it in an email.
