HTML Appointment Requests are being converted to Text
I prepare an appointment request in HTML format and when it is sent to the
recipients, it comes through as plain text and everything gets garbled and unformatted and it looks horrible. I have Outlook set to send everything in HTML but it does it anyway. How can I fix it so that the recipient of my appointment request sees the details of the meeting in HTML format? |

The most likely cause of this is on the recipient's side. If they scan their incoming messages with an integrated antivirus scanner, that scanning process can disrupt the message in such a way that Outlook can no longer render it. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
