Do you see the times on the calendar in outlook? If not, you need to make
the screen wider so they show, Then you need to use a calendar layout that
is wide enough to have room for the times (ie, landscape). The calendar
printing assistant might do better - see

I downloaded this tool and successfully installed it, but nothing seems to
happen. I.e., my outlook prints just as it did before the install. How do I
force this thing to run?

It runs outside of outlook - go to the start menu, microsoft office - its
under microsoft office tools. or, if using vista, type Cal in the start
search field and select calendar printing assistant from the list.
