We have a PA who has delegation access to her managers calendar. When the
manager receives a meeting request and the PA attempts to propose a new time for the meeting, no free/busy time is shown for any of the meeting participants. The whole day is “greyed out” (similar to the tentative pattern). If the PA creates a brand new meeting request for the same participants she can see everyone’s free/busy schedule. The PA is using Office 2007, the manager is using 2003 and we use Exchange 2003. We replicated the same scenario on several PA's / managers PC's and no free/busy information was visible. We have also replicated on a PA and boss who are both using office 2003. Some PA's have full mailbox rights to the managers exchange account and others have delegate permissions (editor). All however seem to have this issue. Any idea's? |

One, though this can be a problem at the exchange level that has to be handled by an administrator. Try running cleanfreebusy on both her computer and the manager's. If you don't know how, you can find it he http://tribeofadmins.com/home/outloo...ebusy-problems. Delegation is set up properly, right? Hi
Have already tried running clean free busy on both computers. We have given the delegates editor rights and have also tried full mailbox rights to the managers exchange. Still have the same issue "Melody KirkWagner" wrote: Darren wrote on Wed, 23 September 2009 11:10 We have a PA who has delegation access to her managers calendar.
