Code to automatically send appointments to calendar.

I have an external scheduling program that sends emails to Outlook users.
Those emails contain tasks and dates.

Is there a way using VBA to send items to either the calendar or to Tasks in
Outlook?

See outlookcode.com or the programming groups on this server. If the
content is identical always, you will be able to parse it with VBA and
create appointments.
