enter events in a group of calendars in one go

Is it possible for our Admin Officer to enter Team Meeting times/dates into
the whole teams calendars without doing it one at a time? Is there some way
to send the calendar event to everyone in the group (or a subset of them) so
that it appears in everyones calendar? Thanks for any help.

She can send a meeting request to everyone. Otherwise, its one at a time.
