Default Trying to sync iphone 3gs to MSN Office Outlook Calendar

I have a iphone 3gs and am trying to sync the iphone calendar with the MSN
Outlook calendar. The instructions say to connect to the Microsoft exchange.
How do I find the Microsoft exchange to contact Exchange server administrator?

If you had an exchange account, you'd know who your administrator was...

Which version of Outlook? Are you trying to sync a hotmail/live/msn account?
Are you using MobileMe service?

Apple's iPhone forum for Mail, Calendar and Contact issues at
http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=1144 may be of more help as
they all use iphones and many sync with outlook.

Diane:

I think this is related: Using the Apple Mobile Me app to synch my Outlook
2007 calendar (on XP desktop, not using exchange) my primary USER ACCOUNT
will not synch. Spoke with Apple support -- we created a NEW USER on the PC,
and that account synched. Any idea what I can look for on my primary USER
account (I'm the only user and have Administrative access) so I can get my
real OUTLOOK calenar to synch? Apple assures me this is a USER ACCOUNT issue
with my PC and not a Mobile Me issue since it can be synched from a new USER
account but not my normal one.

thanks,

kevin

I don't use an iphone and haven't used activesync in years, so I can only
guess at what might be the problem. My guess is that activesync is not
configured to use your outlook profile. The users at apple's peer support
forums might have better ideas.
