Print in Calendar Detail Style
 

I want to print a calendar from our public folders in the 'calendar detail
style', because it includes the details of the appointment. The problem is we
use a published form for this calendar so there are multiple 'tabs' of
information for these appointments and when we print, we only get the first
page of details, and nothing on our customized form shows up. How can I print
in the 'calendar detail style' and also include the custom information? Thank
