We want to create a single repository for all office holidays so that by
looking in one calendar you can see all the holidays for all in the office. Is there any way of doing this in OUTLOOK? regards Ray B |

If you have Exchange, you should be able to make Public Folders. Make a
Calendar called Holiday Schedule and have people put their leave in there. You can edit the labels (colours) to show various types of leave. Some of my clients leave them white until approved, then change the colour. People can drag their leave from Events in their own Calendar, to the shared one (right mouse drag and select Copy on release). Just make sure they write their name in the subject description eg Judy: Tahiti Annual Holidays. I hope this helps.
