How do I create a second Calendar that allows synchronization? I currently
have two email addresses coming through my outlook, because the second person's address does not use a computer, so I have to print everything off for him. Is there a way that I can seperate my calendar from his and only allow that calendar to synch with my blackberry?? |

Hi Gblake1983,
It can't be done as is. You will need to set up a Dual Boot Computer and install Outlook 2007 on both partitions. On one partition, set up for him and the other for you. -- thecreator "Gblake1983" wrote in message ... How do I create a second Calendar that allows synchronization? Hi Brian,
I know with Outlook Express, you can have Identities and multiple Store Folders in Identities for Outlook Express. How do you create multiple Identities or Profiles in Outlook? I do not know. -- thecreator "Brian Tillman" Brian.Tillman.44p1tm@invalid wrote in message news:Brian.Tillman.44p1tm@invalid... thecreator;114276 Wrote: Hi Gblake1983, It can't be done as is. Open the Mail applet in Control Panel and click Show ProfilesAdd to add another profile. Profiles do not equal accounts, though, so keep that in mind. You can have multiple data stores with a single account and a single profile, multiple accounts with multlple profiles, or any combination thereof. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Hi Brain Tillman,
Thank you. How come the new Profiles which are created are stored in your Default Documents folder? Would not the Folder or Profile be created within the Outlook Folder in your User ID, if you are using Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack3? Can you change the location? I just like to create new Profiles for each new Year. Makes backing up the Store Folders easier from one location. -- thecreator "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... "thecreator" wrote in message ...
