You can't edit that list, but why do you care? You certainly know what
time zone Oslo's in, so choose that time zone.

In Windows time zone list? Yes, it's just a registry setting, but its
usually not worth the hassle.

I see it now. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time
Zones contains the names. It doesn't look easy to change.
